These days, this is pretty much how my daily meal looks like. Oatmeal or whole wheat bread for breakfast, grilled - been trying to eat less and less fried food - chicken or fish with vegetables and maybe salad for lunch, and some fruits - kiwi, apple, and banana are my favorites .
